General Information

and Terms & Conditions

  •  obSRT 3D Targets are manufactured in Italy and ship directly from there. The shipping process involves ocean freight, followed by transport train, and finally delivery by road.
  • Based on my previous experience with the initial SRT 3D Target order placed for my club, the estimated shipping time is approximately 8 weeks. However, Outsyder Archery is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
  • The target price covers delivery of the target(s) to Kamloops, BC, which serves as my receiving address and secure storage facility. Since I am unable to intercept or redistribute shipments in transit, it is essential that we coordinate individually to arrange delivery to your specific location. Any additional freight charges required to transport the targets from Kamloops to your location will be at your expense and at cost. Alternatively, and preferably, arrangements can be made for in-person pick-up at a mutually convenient time.
  • The shipment is fully insured, offering peace of mind throughout the process.
  • All prices are subject to applicable Canadian taxes based on your province.
  • The target prices listed on the provided price sheet are fixed and will remain unaffected by potential fluctuations in exchange rates or freight costs until a new price list is issued.
  • A full payment of 100% in cleared funds, is required upfront. Should you wish to cancel your target order, a full refund will be issued as long as the targets have not been shipped from Italy. However, once the shipment is dispatched, cancellations will be refunded at 75%, as I have limited storage capacity and incur additional costs for holding cancelled items. This  retained 25% will be required to help offset these expenses.
  • Your order can be amended, prior to shipment only (e.g. adding, removing or swapping a target)
  • Rebar is not included with SRT 3D Targets, and each target is packaged in an eco-friendly, recycled cardboard box.
  • We understand how thrilling it is to anticipate receiving new 3D targets, and we assure you that we will keep you informed at every stage of the shipment journey to Canada.
  • As detailed in some target descriptions, the term “SFC inside” refers to “Smart Foam Core”, which enhances the durability of the kill zone. This innovative material better absorbs arrows and prevents pass-throughs, helping the opposite side of the target remains intact.
  • It is worth noting that replacement inserts are not generally available for SRT 3D Targets. European 3D regulations stipulate that any replacement parts must perfectly match the target’s colour and integrate seamlessly with surrounding foam sections. SRT found that manufacturing replacement pieces to meet these stringent standards proved unfeasible. Nonetheless, several Group 1 targets do feature replaceable centre sections that may not offer an exact colour match but are suitable for non-European standards.
  • SRT 3D Targets have multiple kill-zones. Italians and Europeans rotate through all angles and all kill-zones, rather than sticking to broadside shots, to reduce pressure on each kill zone.
  • It is challenging to make a direct comparison between SRT 3D Targets and Rinehart 3D Targets due to differing sizes of species models and other factors. Additionally, the fluctuating currencies, exchange rates, and freight costs from the USA and Europe to Canada complicate cost comparisons. Generally, SRT appears to offer more value for money, even when imported from Italy. It could be argued that their designs are more realistic and visually appealing. The range and variety of species available, featuring realistic anatomy and positions, is also unmatched.  Furthermore, with current tariffs on products manufactured in the USA and imported into Canada, SRT 3D Targets presently offer a financially superior option. Do not misunderstand us though, we still love Rinehart 3D Targets!!
  • Those of us that run clubs and are responsible for buying targets, know that the accuracy of compound bows, particularly using rangefinders and fat arrows, can permanently damage 3D targets by creating large, non-self-sealing holes, particularly when an entire shooting group are all in the Eleven. No 3D target can withstand this pressure without damage. It’s a reality we must accept.
  • SRT 3D targets are used in many if not most European National tournaments and championships. They were utilized most recently during the 2024 3D World Championships held in Mokrice, Slovenia, where they received rave reviews.
